ViewSonic supports and sells display technologies, including flat panels and projectors, in numerous markets and countries around the world. The Web site must support a variety of goals, including customer sales support, technical support and education, e-commerce, channel support, and a variety of evolving marketing efforts. The site must support changes quickly and assist users in solving problems themselves whenever possible.

Challenge

  • ViewSonic's existing content management system was difficult to use, inflexible, and caused delivery issues.
