Customer Service Lead
Objective: We have a high volume of maintenance work that is only destined to increase. We have a team in place that is capable of completing the work, but need a person who enjoys coordinating and communicating with clients. We are desirous of an individual who is excited by this challenge and can work to maintain a client base that, through a high level of care, is eager to provide new work.
Responsibilities:
- High attention to detail, proofreading, and ability to check others' work for accuracy against client requests
- Familiarity with html, javascript and design in order to liaison requests and changes between internal resources and the client. A test may be given to determine web aptitude and attention to detail
- Provision of accurate and timely follow-through on all customer inquiry
- Ability to focus on revenue generation, efficiently and accurately entering customer requests in appropriate systems, tasking them to team members, checking the work and corresponding with the client for reviews and approvals
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information necessitating discretion
