Inside Sales Administrator
Objective: Motivated & Aggressive Cold Caller
Responsibilities:
- Requires heavy outbound phone calls
- Developing new business opportunities
- Make cold calls from lists provided by sales
- Qualify leads and prospects gained from cold calls, and other sources
- Rigorously follow up on all leads in a timely manner
- Contact multiple people/departments within the target company
- Uncover other decision makers
- Ask for direct referrals
- Take initiative to cultivate all lead sources to generate new and existing accounts/business
- Take direction from team members to identify sales
- Maintaining current customer relationships through proactive phone contact management
- Tracking and executing outbound calls on a daily basis in Salesforce
- Organize and setup conference calls and in-person meetings
- Confirm resources/equipment needed for meetings – conference room setup – attendees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent sales expertise in a quota-driven environment
- Strong & tenacious cold calling experience, preferably in the life sciences industry. Other industries considered
- Comfortable speaking with C-level executives & multiple decision makers in various departments
- Ability to form relationships with all levels & departments within companies
- Software skills: Windows XP, Salesforce, Outlook, and MS PPT, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, GoToMeeting
- High level phone manner, writing skills, ability to adapt to internal software & procedures
- Outgoing and friendly, professional and articulate via phone and web meetings
- Enthusiastic and driven individual
