Web Project Manager

Objective: Project Manager

PINT Incorporated, a nationally recognized Web development firm specializing in Web site design and Web application development, is currently recruiting for a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of Web site/application development from start to finish of project cycle
• Work both individually and in a team environment to ensure client satisfaction and timely project completion
• Serve as the primary liaison between PINT, Inc. and the client
• Manage all aspects of project budgets to maximize profitability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, or a combination of work experience and education
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to clearly communicate project goals to all members of the project team
• Demonstrated customer-oriented work ethic and ability to foster a sense of teamwork across all members of the project team extending to the customer
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and foster teamwork
• Comfortable in a small, growing, dynamic company environment
• Proven sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Highly self motivated with the ability to facilitate problem solving measures
• Ability to quickly learn, and become skilled in, industry specific and Agency specific software
• Proficiency with MS Office software, especially MS Project and MS Visio
• General knowledge of HTML and other Web technologies is a plus.
