Inside Sales Representative Cold Calling

Objective: PINT, Inc. is seeking a results driven, ambitious, energetic individual for cold calling and sales support. This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Pacific Beach.

Responsibilities:

• Duties will involve lead gathering, internet research, prospecting and relationship building
• Take direction from team members to identify sales
• Maintaining current customer relationships through proactive phone contact management
• Tracking and executing outbound calls on a daily basis in Salesforce
• Tracking and executing outbound emails on a daily basis in Salesforce
• Organize and setup conference calls and in-person

Qualifications:

• Up to three years sales experience is required.
• Ability to form relationships with all levels & departments within companies
• Must possess strong communication skills
• An appropriate & pleasant phone voice is essential
• High level phone manner, writing skills, quick ability to adapt to internal software & procedures
• Must have strong sales skills
• Software skills: Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, GoToMeeting
• Experience networking in San Diego: SDSIC, BIOCOM, ACG, HTMA, CommNexus, TiE or other key networking groups
• Organized and systematic for tracking and multitasking
• Strong candidates will have sold interactive services in the past
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent sales expertise in a quota-driven environment
